CosmoHub is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other users, scrape content at abusive rates, or interfere with the platform's operation.

You retain ownership of comments and other content you submit, and grant CosmoHub a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Third-Party Data & Content
Launch schedules, imagery, research papers, and other data are sourced from third parties (NASA, Launch Library 2, arXiv, NOAA, CelesTrak, YouTube, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. NASA imagery and data are used in accordance with NASA's media usage guidelines.
6. Educational Content
Courses, quizzes, and certificates are provided for informal education only and do not constitute accredited qualifications.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Launch times, space weather alerts, and orbital data may change or be inaccurate — do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmoHub and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
